SIGMA OEM ADVANTAGE
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
What is the SIGMA OEM Advantage?
The SIGMA OEM Advantage frees our clients from the worry of global sourcing. We simplify the development process and offer maximum flexibility. Clients don’t have to “go it alone”.
The SIGMA OEM Advantage is built into our streamlined product development and supply chain management process.
Request For Quote
When SIGMA OEM receives the customer’s RFQ, we review the drawings, specifications, and any other requirements. Our team selects suppliers to quote the project, and when pricing is received, we prepare a quote based on the source that is most competitive and suitable for the project. Our quotes factor in all the drivers of the product cost, transportation, currency, raw material, development timeframe, and any applicable costs tooling. We consider tooling amortization as an option, if requested.
SIGMA OEM provides for warehousing, working capital financing, and logistics in our total price.
The SIGMA OEM Advantage: Scale
As a division of SIGMA Companies International, a $500 million corporation, SIGMA OEM is part of a massive global manufacturing and logistics network. Our scope delivers significant advantages to our customers in terms of costs, scale, and access.
Supplier Selection
Our trusted network of partners ensures that we choose the best supplier(s) for the particular product and specification. All of SIGMA OEM’s supplier partners and factories hold ISO Certifications.
Customers have input in this process if there is a preference on country of origin, factory, etc.
Throughout the quoting process, SIGMA OEM values transparency. We share supplier presentations and internal audit reports upon customer request.
The SIGMA OEM Advantage: Partners
Since 1986, SIGMA OEM has worked directly with global manufacturers integrating western quality, service, and business principles with local operations. Our overseas partners embraced these innovations and we now offer a nearly limitless range of products and components from factories in China, India, Mexico, and Indonesia.
